How large is your fleet?
We are a boutique operation, not a corporate rental agency. We believe that a dedicated, involved, and knowledgeable crew member is far superior to a generic driver who just takes you from A to B. That’s why we typically focus on one tour at a time, ensuring you get 100% of our attention. However, for larger package tours, we can coordinate and operate up to two vans simultaneously.
Do you offer different price tiers for different vehicles?
No. We offer a specialized service at a fair, calculated rate. Our pricing is adjusted to cover the quality of our transport, the maintenance of our backline, and the expertise of our drivers. Our margins are tight to provide you with the best possible service, which means we cannot offer lower rates or budget vehicles.
What extra costs should we budget for?
Your quote covers the rental and driver fee. During the tour, the band is responsible for variable vehicle expenses: Fuel, Tolls (if applicable), and Parking fees.
Additionally, your safety is our priority. To ensure the driver is well-rested and alert, we require a private hotel room (single occupancy) for the driver each night, as well as catering/buyout for lunch and dinner.
How does the payment process work?
To lock in your dates and secure availability, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance is flexible; you can pay it in installments at your convenience, as long as 100% of the total is cleared before your final show of the tour.
What is your policy on backline damage?
We take pride in keeping our gear in top condition. We cover any issues related to normal wear and tear (e.g., a tube reaching the end of its life or natural mechanical failure).
However, the band is fully responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents (dropped equipment, spilled drinks, blown speakers due to overload, etc.). In these cases, the cost of repair or full replacement value must be covered by the band.
Can you get us the amp/drums/cymbals/keyboard we need?
Our stock is built around “industry workhorses”—reliable gear that sounds great every night. While we are constantly expanding our inventory, we generally stick to the list provided.
We can certainly try to source specific items for you, but please note that this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
